The traffic flows on Norwich Street have been reversed, due to the modal filter on Panton Street - but there's still cycling both ways.

- 161428 I believe that there is clear and valuable opportunity to provide a bike share point / location at either corner of Grenfell Road as it meets London Road - LE2 2PA. There are a number of resident keyworkers in particular who would benefit from this.
I also think that Grenfell Road should be made residents only parking to reduce congestion to the mouth of the road and improve access to all cyclists.

Needs safe crossing for cyclists, walkers.

- 161422 Motor vehicles don't need to use this lane, they can use the wider Montague Road, so keep it open just for walkers and cyclists.
- 161421 Bring back the closure of Leven Ave between Benellen Ave and Walsford Road to close off the shortcut between Glenferness Ave and Branksome Wood Road. When it was in place it was much safer for pedestrians and cyclists crossing the busy roads at the Leven/Branksome Wood/Queens junctions due to reduced number of directions that traffic would be coming from.
- 161415 The Downs Link is very popular with both walkers & cyclists and demands a safe crossing. Only a lightweight foot/cycle bridge will ensure no more deaths at this location.
- 161412 Need a separate cycle lane between the end of Rowhook Road and Stood Lane as this short stretch along the A281 is very dangerous.
